Café Racer at the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee expresses the other side of the iconic motor bike company's culture: the young, daredevil racer.  Designed to be smaller, faster and streamlined, the walls are paneled with wood racing "board track" and racing bike images.  Lighter, yet inviting, more saturated colors and crisper detailing create an edgier space for the “fast food" dining experience.  The flooring is made out of recycled rubber tires.
